I hired Militello Painting after seeking recommendations for a reputable painting company and seeing very good feedback on my neighborhood FaceBook page for Militello. A project leader came to my house and spent a good amount of time discussing the project and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. I had many cracks to be fixed, along with a fresh coat of paint in my living room/dining room and hallway with high ceilings. In my opinion, Militello did a first-class job and the way my living room was prepared for the painting was awesome -- the crew placed coverings everywhere and was very careful with what needed to be done, along with the painting and clean-up was very good as well. I am very impressed with their professionalism and work in general and would definitely recommend this company.

Every person that I dealt with at Militello was very nice, extremely professional and respectful of both myself and our home. We had some painting done in a dining room and a complete bathroom painted. They were quick to come and give an estimate as well as setting the date to complete the work. We are so happy that we chose Militello to paint the outside of our house, garage, and deck. The painters, led by crew chief Oscar showed up early in the morning and worked at least 7-9 hours/day finishing the job in 6 days. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and totally talented professionals. Our house was transformed from a brick bottom and orange stucco top house into an unbelievably beautiful off-white brick and stucco masterpiece. We have been going outside for the past week just to marvel at the look of our new house. I recently had my house "soft washed" and driveway powerwashed. Nasir and his coworker did a great job on both projects. My house looks like new! My driveway had a stubborn thin layer of algae (it's in shade most of the day) that the team worked hard on to remove. Now it, too, looks like new. Nasir and his coworker were both friendly and professional. They did the job shortly after I signed the contract so I didn't have to wait. I highly recommend Militello Painting and Powerwashing.

From the initial consultation with Tom, the entire process of having the cedar siding of our house repaired and painted went smoothly.Scott, the project manager was personal, professional and guided us on how to best complete the project.He came on site daily to make sure the repairs and painting were going as expected.John, the supervisor, and his work crew of 4, were friendly and worked as a coordinated team in completing the carpentry and painting.The work was completed in a timely fashion and their workmanship made our house look like new.We felt the cost of the project was very reasonable and came with a 5 year limited warranty that includes 1 hour of free touch- ups for each of the 5 years.We would highly recommend MILITELLO PAINTING &POWERWASHING for any of your house paintings, whether inside or outside.

Militello Painting painted our siding and stucco chimney in spring 2022. The siding was 14 year old Hardie fiber cement, color white. I did not write a review until now because proof of a job well done comes years down the line.Three years later, our siding & chimney still look fantastic! Militello properly cleaned and prepared the stucco and siding prior to painting - a critical step that many cheaper painting companies skip. We discussed various products, and together chose a very high quality paint with mildewcide. Militello helped me get the right color to match the original stucco.The entire process from estimate to clean-up was pleasant and seamless. I was extremely pleased with the workmanship of Militello painting. The crew came on time, were pleasant and neat. They left the house looking as nice as could be. They did a wonderful job and even offered to wash my window that was off the floor 16 feet to which I could never reach. They also cleaned my high chandelier for me. At the end of the job the supervisor came around and checked everything and had them touch up a couple things which I hadn’t even noticed. Every one I dealt with was extremely professional. I thought they were reasonably priced and would use them again in a heartbeat.

So, I had a great experience using these guys for my recent paint job in my new home. They were incredibly responsive to my initial request for a quote and everything that followed from the gentleman that came out to survey my job, to the communicaiton from the office and the workers themselves. In my particular situation, I hadn't yet moved in and was trying to time it so that the paint job would be done prior to my move-in but I also didn't want to wait to long to move it. It was a tight window that I gave them and yet they still finished 2 days before I needed and it looks perfect inside. I would highly recommend them and will use them again myself for sure.

Militello saved the day! Although our newly installed cabinets were "white" not all the trim that was received from the manufacturer was white. I contacted Militello for a powerwash and roof scrub at the suggestion of a Facebook post. I LOVED the automatic bid process. I knew what I was going to be expecting to pay immediately. The rest of the process was contactless, but super responsive. We were able to get it scheduled very quickly. They sent a information packet for preparation.
