We first used Militello to power wash our stucco chimney with a reasonable price quote. Pleased with their work and professionalism we hired them the following year to paint the back outside basement stucco wall and window trim. They were good in helping us choose colors, completing the job in reasonable time and cleaning up afterward. The completed work satisfied our home owner's association. We will call Militello again for other home projects.

We had our roof cleaned because there was some moss growing. The guys came out, treated and cleaned the roof and killed the moss. Most of it washed off during some rain storms, but there were two spots that needed some touch ups. Angelina was nice enough to have the guys come back and clean the spots again. The roof looks brand new! Highly recommend!!

I contacted Militello to help me out with my Mom's house. I live about a thousand miles away from my mother, who is closing in on 100 years old, still living in the house in which I grew up. She of course refuses to leave. The house , though still in good shape, was showing the signs of age, particularly with all the green growth showing on the siding, and particularly the back patio. I contacted Militello, who were welcoming and cooperative in assisting me in arranging for some house cleaning and power washing to be done. Angelina was absolutely wonderful in helping me get things arranged. The work was done promptly, and done exceedingly well. Angelina was kind enough to send me before and after photos of the work. The patio especially came out great. What was once dark and dingy now looked bright and welcoming.I am so happy I contracted with Militello for the work on my Mom's house. Our second time using Militello for washing our house. Getting our estimate and booking the work is very easy. The workers were on time and were very thorough. I have power washed parts of our home myself in the past and the results were not as good as Militello achieves with their soft washing technique. I am also sure it is better for the surfaces cleaned and was definitely not as time consuming and hard work for me.

Millitello did a great job on the outside of my home. They came when they said they would and worked full days until it was completed. Then they took care of every picky detail that I asked them to touch up. The house has never looked better and I'm very pleased. But the most important thing was the pricing. It was very reasonable. I had a lot of trouble finding a company that would give me a reasonable price. I must have talked to over a dozen companies including several that I had hired before for various other types of work. I'm in Real Estate, so I know a lot of contractors. The pricing from the other contractors was either way too high, ridiculously low, or they wouldn't even give me a bid. All those headaches ended when I talked to Millitello. The estimator showed up right on time, gave me the bid when he said he'd have it and it was right in the ballpark where I thought it should have been all along. Save yourself the headaches and talk to Millitello first.

Militello did a soft wash of our exterior stucco and the results were better than we had expected. We had several old stains and even those came up beautifully.Militello also painted a section of our stucco to cover damage from deck stain. The big challenge here was color match and Scott was definitely up to the task. Special kudos to both Scott and Shannon for their patience and attention to detail.

I contacted Militello for a powerwash and roof scrub at the suggestion of a Facebook post. I LOVED the automatic bid process. I knew what I was going to be expecting to pay immediately. The rest of the process was contactless, but super responsive. We were able to get it scheduled very quickly. They sent a information packet for preparation. Christian and his team recently power washed the exterior of my home, deck, and walkways. I have always done my own power washing but was forced to hire the professionals since my to do list was so long in preparing for a large party at my home.
