We chose Militello for our powerwashing / house wash. They arrived when scheduled and did a fantastic job. The concrete walkways, and brick patio have never looked better. The siding is cleaner than I remember it ever being. Overall, I highly recommend them. Their price was extremely competitive and their employees were courteous and professional.Update in 2023, 4 years later we used Millitello again for power washing and once again they did a great job.

I hired Militello to perform some interior painting for ceilings and a huge wall space on 2 floors and a staircase. In addition, they painted my outdoor shutters as well as some cord around in my kitchen. They did an absolutely outstanding job. The crew was so professional, timely, very clean and eager to do the job right. I could not ask for a better crew! They are very reasonable in their pricing and were also very quick to get me on the schedule. They even use a color specialist to assist in picking out colors - so that is extremely helpful. The crew leader, Izy and the project manager Jim are extremely professional and so easy to work with as well - I just can't thank them enough for all their help and direction/suggestions.If you need painting services, you really need to call Militello Painting and Powerwashing and check out their website as well as they have a host of other services as well as painting interiors and exteriors.

We first used Militello to power wash our stucco chimney with a reasonable price quote. Pleased with their work and professionalism we hired them the following year to paint the back outside basement stucco wall and window trim. They were good in helping us choose colors, completing the job in reasonable time and cleaning up afterward. The completed work satisfied our home owner's association. We will call Militello again for other home projects.

Our experience with Militello painting and powerwashing was just wonderful!! Their entire team (Mike, Angelina, Scott) all are very friendly and would go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with all the little details and colors prior to the service. They scheduled me a complimentary appointment with a color coordinator as well who was extremely helpful. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and completed the job on time. We could not have been more pleased with how the exterior of our home turned out. We absolutely love it! My experience with Militello for power washing services was satisfactory from start to finish. They responded quickly, gave me a fair estimate, and scheduled me right away. I was also always kept in the loop about when their team would be coming out. The two team members who arrived the day of were professional and friendly and got right to work. Most importantly, the end result was stunning—my house has never looked cleaner or happier! We had our roof cleaned because there was some moss growing. The guys came out, treated and cleaned the roof and killed the moss. Most of it washed off during some rain storms, but there were two spots that needed some touch ups. Angelina was nice enough to have the guys come back and clean the spots again. The roof looks brand new! Highly recommend!!

I contacted Militello to help me out with my Mom's house. I live about a thousand miles away from my mother, who is closing in on 100 years old, still living in the house in which I grew up. She of course refuses to leave. The house , though still in good shape, was showing the signs of age, particularly with all the green growth showing on the siding, and particularly the back patio. I contacted Militello, who were welcoming and cooperative in assisting me in arranging for some house cleaning and power washing to be done. Angelina was absolutely wonderful in helping me get things arranged. The work was done promptly, and done exceedingly well. Angelina was kind enough to send me before and after photos of the work. The patio especially came out great. What was once dark and dingy now looked bright and welcoming.I am so happy I contracted with Militello for the work on my Mom's house. They are great to work with, and do great work.And best of all, my Mom is happy.

Bryan and Nassir from Militello Painting and Powerwashing recently performed power washing of our house, second story deck, stucco and gutters. They worked steadily and carefully to remove the grime and moss on siding, stucco basement walls and chimney and all parts of our deck. We were also happy with the work they did on cleaning gutters inside and out to make the house look like new.

Our second time using Militello for washing our house. Getting our estimate and booking the work is very easy. The workers were on time and were very thorough. I have power washed parts of our home myself in the past and the results were not as good as Militello achieves with their soft washing technique. I am also sure it is better for the surfaces cleaned and was definitely not as time consuming and hard work for me.

Millitello did a great job on the outside of my home. They came when they said they would and worked full days until it was completed. Then they took care of every picky detail that I asked them to touch up. The house has never looked better and I'm very pleased. But the most important thing was the pricing. It was very reasonable. I had a lot of trouble finding a company that would give me a reasonable price. I must have talked to over a dozen companies including several that I had hired before for various other types of work. I'm in Real Estate, so I know a lot of contractors. The pricing from the other contractors was either way too high, ridiculously low, or they wouldn't even give me a bid. All those headaches ended when I talked to Millitello. The estimator showed up right on time, gave me the bid when he said he'd have it and it was right in the ballpark where I thought it should have been all along. Save yourself the headaches and talk to Millitello first.

Militello did a soft wash of our exterior stucco and the results were better than we had expected. We had several old stains and even those came up beautifully.Militello also painted a section of our stucco to cover damage from deck stain. The big challenge here was color match and Scott was definitely up to the task. Special kudos to both Scott and Shannon for their patience and attention to detail.

I contacted Militello for a powerwash and roof scrub at the suggestion of a Facebook post. I LOVED the automatic bid process. I knew what I was going to be expecting to pay immediately. The rest of the process was contactless, but super responsive. We were able to get it scheduled very quickly. They sent a information packet for preparation. I got home from work and I pulled up to a brand new house! It really exceeded my expectations and thought the whole process was extremely easy and professional! Strongly recommend!

I hired Militello for another large painting project and now they have this technology they use to keep you informed of all that is going on. I am not living in the house yet, but they post pictures along with their daily progress which I then receive an email and can view the evolution of my project. Scott did excellent work. Notably, he matched a faux paint perfectly such that you are unable to see any patch work! AND, he stayed at least 2 hours after scheduled work completed to touch up even more areas throughout our home-going to the paint store to get different paint and caulk!
