Luis joined Militello Painting in 2025 as a Production Manager, where he ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish with a focus on quality and coordination.

Outside of work, he’s a passionate Eagles fan who lives for football season. Go Birds! Whether it’s managing a crew or cheering on his team, Luis brings energy, dedication, and attention to detail to everything he does.
